Unified RERA insights · builders & projects

Check a builder's delivery track record before you buy

One place to check a developer's real delivery history — how many projects ran late, by how long, and how many complaints they have — before you commit your money.

Pick a state to narrow results, then search by builder, project, or RERA ID

Search RERA builders and projects by name across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Check builder track records, delivery delays, extensions, and registry complaints before you buy — free public RERA data.

Maharashtra builder rankings

See who delivers on time and who struggles — ranked from public MahaRERA data (delays, extensions, complaints). Minimum three tracked projects per builder.

Coverage by city

Builders and projects we track in each district — click a city to browse all registrations there.

What you can check here

We turn dense government registry data into plain answers a home buyer can act on.

Builder track record

Every developer gets a delivery grade based on how reliably they finish projects on time across all their registrations.

Delays & overruns

See exactly how late finished projects were, and how far past deadline ongoing projects have slipped — in months, not jargon.

Deadline extensions

Repeated extensions are an early warning sign. We surface how many times a deadline was pushed back and by how long.

Complaints on record

Count of buyer complaints filed against a project or builder on the official RERA registry.

How to read it

Three numbers tell most of the story.

Delivery grade (A–F)

A quick summary of a builder's reliability. A means strong on-time delivery; F means a poor record. Always open the project list to see the detail behind the grade.

Delay vs overdue

“Delay” is for finished projects that were handed over late. “Overdue” is for ongoing projects that are already past their deadline.

Promised vs revised deadline

The original promised date is what the builder committed to. A later revised date means the deadline was extended.
